(Non-Smoking Year Round) This is one open room with a king and twin bed plus a sleeper couch and shower bath. It is close to the handicap parking space with the kitchen occupying one corner.
Reservation Policies
Renter understands that this boat is not for use on a warm water lake for swimming or tubing. Lake Taneycomo is a cold water lake (50 degrees on average) for Trout fishing or leasure boating.
A confirmed reservation will hold your vessel for up to 30 minutes after your scheduled departure time, after which it will be considered a "No-Show" and the entire reservation fee will be charged to the card on file.
Please arrive for your rental 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure the entire rental time is allotted. Rental times cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid United States Driver's License and credit card. By Law all drivers born on or after January 1st, 1984 must complete a State Boater Safety Training Course (Either your home state or Missouri). For your convenience, please take the online course athttps://www.boat-ed.com/missouri/. Upon successful completion you will be presented with a course completion card and email to present to us.

Mass quantities of alchohol, open flames, grill, or cooking equipment of any type is prohibited on all rental boats.
Fuel is included in your rental fee.
Changes to existing reservations (boat type, rental date or time, cancellations, etc.) must be made at least 48 hrs. before the reservation date and cannot be processed online. Please call our office if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
Any cancellation made more than 48 hrs before the reservation date will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hrs before the reservation date will result in a forfeit of the reservation deposit and cannot be credited towards future reservations.
If the following conditions exist on the lake: heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes; lightning; tornado warnings; high wind advisories or any condition that Lilleys' Landing Marina considers unsafe boating conditions, then the reservation fees will be refunded.
#1 Single Bedroom Off Lake Policies
Check in time: Check-in time for ALL rooms is 3:00 p.m.If you will be arriving after our office closes, please inform our staff and they will give you instructions for late arrival.Check out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs or early arrivals are not permissible without prior permission from the front office.
Pet Policy: Up to two dogs (dogs only, no other animals) are allowed in each unit, except for #24 & #26. We strive to have a common-sense policy that allows guests to bring their dogs, while also protecting other guests and property. For $12 per-night-per-dog, owners accept responsibility to keep their dogs off furniture and beds, walk them on a leash, and leave them unattended only in a carrier. We also ask for a cell phone number in case of barking. Damages will incur extra charges. We gratefully expect owners to clean up any messes on the resort grounds - small trash bags are free in the office.
Smoking Policy: Lilleys' Landing's rooms and buildings are totally smoke-free. There is a $500 fine if your room smells of smoke of any type after your departure. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please refrain from doing so near any open doors or windows to keep the smell from drifting inside. Please also note that while recreational marijuana is now legal in Missouri, it is prohibited in public places, meaning it is not legal anywhere on our resort grounds. Thank you for honoring the law and your fellow guests.
To cancel your reservations, please call us at 1-866-545-5397. No emails please.
Please be advised of our reservation and cancellation policy: Cancel within seven days from the date of this letter or eight weeks before your arrival date and your deposit is fully refunded. Later cancellations will be refunded only if we can rebook the entire reservation. Last minute cancellations (within the week of the reservation) and early departures are still responsible for the full reservation amount. This will only be refunded if the room is rebooked.
